Manufacturing
Our state of art manufacturing process starts with a 3D scan of every vehicle body in our product line. We use actual vehicle bodies (instead of body skins which some manufacturers use) to establish a true baseline for each year, make and model. From there, a 3D image of the fender flares are created. We then tool our machines to exact specifications to ensure proper fitment.
Once the 3D images are created and the machines are properly tooled and tuned, we move onto the next step in the process called Injection Blow Molding. We use this process instead of standard injection molding because it produces a more uniform product with far less imperfections. This process also yields excellent ESCR (environmental stress crack resistance).
Our Fender Flares are constructed with a material called ABS (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) because of its superior strength, stiffness, toughness and resistance to harsh external conditions. This creates a product that is not only durable but resistant to warping, cracking, and deterioration due to UV exposure.
We house thousands of the finished products in our large climate controlled warehouse in Arlington, TX so you can be certain that we have what you are looking for in stock!
