Return Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return:

Contact Monkey Autosports customer service by email, or call 888-517-8668 for a Return Authorization. You will be given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.

Please let us know when the order was placed, which particular item(s) you would like to return, and the reason.

All returns must mark RMA Number clearly on the outside of shipping box.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.  Some examples of this are listed below but not limited to:

  • Any item(s) not in its original condition
  • Any item(s) damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item(s) missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item(s) returned more than 14 days after delivery date

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your financial institution account again.

Then contact your financial institution.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted on their end.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon initial delivery of the product(s). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address above.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

*if you would like us to send you a pre-paid shipping label, please specify that in your initial return/exchange request.  We will provide you with a price for shipping and if you accept, we will email you a pre-paid label.  The cost for shipping will be charged to you with the payment method of your choosing or be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.
